Terms & Conditions for isorno, January 2023.

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning: “isorno” means isorno Luca Bernasconi, “the costumer” means the consumer of isorno and “the contract” means any sales of goods by isorno to the costumer.

Validity

The Terms & Conditions are valid for all purchases in the isorno webshop and all purchases from isorno directly or through third party resellers. The conditions are valid as long as there is not any Swiss law in direct opposition to them.

The contract between isorno and the costumer ensues with the finalization the purchase of an isorno product. From the moment of the finalization of the purchase it is binding for the costumer.

Isorno reserves the right to cancel or delay any orders if production is not possible. The costumer will be informed as soon as possible in this case.

Product

As all the items form isorno are handmade, there might be subtle changes in color, size or other to what can be seen on the website.

Archive Sale items are isorno prototypes or preproduction pieces. Items are mostly single pieces and will not be reproduced once sold out. Items may show different fabrics and irregularities.

isorno is not liable for any damages ensuing from false handling or care by the costumer. We try however to inform you as best as possible what the best way to care for your item is. If you are unsure, feel free to send us an e-mail.

Prices and Payment

Prices may be changed at any given time. Prices of already finalized purchases are binding for isorno and the costumer.

Payment shall always be received ahead of shipping. No goods shall be supplied without payment.

We use Stripe Payment and they handle the transaction on our behalf. Your information will be transmitted to Stripe Payment. For Terms & Conditions as well as their Privacy Policy please refer to: https://stripe.com/en-gb-ch/privacy .

Shippment

Items will be shipped as soon as they are ready. In the Archive Sale this will be quickly. For the isorno collection items there might be a waiting time as they might have to be manufactured as we try to avoid deadstock and so only make a few for stock and otherwise make to order. This might take around 4 weeks.

As soon as the item is shipped we will inform the costumer and send the tracking number by email.

All Swiss orders are sent out using Swiss Post using Normal Delivery (Postpac Economy).

With International shipments delivery methods and expected delivery time may differ per country.
In case of customs, import duties and taxes the costumer is responsible for any costs that might ensue. We are also not accountable for any delays caused by customs.

Isorno is not liable for any delays or damages caused by third parties, including shipment.

Shipment fees are not included in the item prices and shall be added before payment or invoiced separately.

Returns

In the case of any damage of arrived items the costumer is asked to inform isorno at info@isorno.ch in the next 10 days after receiving it and to return the item to isorno. After inspection and if in proper condition, isorno will refund the costumer fully or replace said item.

Isorno reserves the right to withhold refunding if the damages are seemed to be made consciously or caused by improper care.

You may return any item to isorno in the 4 weeks after receiving it. After this time period it is not possible to return the item any more. You can return your item to us only in resalable and unworn condition with original tag attached. Items that are not in this condition will be returned to you and not refunded.

As we are a small business we cannot offer paid returns.
If you would like to return the item you will have to send it back on your own expenses. Please inform us of your intent, send it back and send us the tracking number so we can follow the returned item. We will check that it is still in sellable condition and refund you for it, subtracting the shipping fees and payment fees that have resulted from your purchase.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an item you can do so in sending an email to info@isorno.ch in the next 24 hours. We will refund you, subtracting the taxes that have resulted from your purchase.

Please note that in some instances refunding can take between 10 and 21 day to reach your account.

Privacy

We declare that we use the information given to us by you confidentially and do not give it to third parties, excluding for services necessary for your purchase, for example shipment or payment.

Isorno reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without informing the costumer directly.
